Samsung Galaxy launches F42 5G to woo mid-segment smartphone users
Tech giant Samsung has introduced Galaxy F42 5G in India in two storage variants to offer 5G support to mid-segment smartphone users.The two storage variants with which the Galaxy F42 5G has been launched are 6GB+128GB priced at Rs 20,999 and 8GB+128GB priced at Rs 22,999.
The smartphone flaunts 64MP triple cameras with Night Mode, 6.6-inch Full HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, and 12-band 5G support.
The Samsung Galaxy F42 5G comes with a water-drop notch and thin bezels. The power bottom and volume rockers are placed on the right edge, while the SIM slot is on the left. The 3.5mm jack, Type-C port and speaker grille are set at the rear.
There's a matte-textured rear panel at the back and a square-shaped camera bump on the top left and the company's branding at the bottom.
This smartphone has been given 1080 x 2408 pixels screen resolution.
Looking for a good camera smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G sports a triple-camera module that includes a 64MP primary camera, a 5MP macro shooter and a 2MP depth lens.
The camera app also has a variety of camera modes such as Hyperlapse, Slow Motion, Food Mode, Night Mode, Panorama and Pro Mode.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor.
